We fixed a bug where submitting a new plastic from the mobile app could create a pending flight number override with no actual flight numbers attached.

This didn't affect any of your saved collection data, it just meant some pending admin submissions were duplicates with nothing new to review. New submissions are now only flagged for review when they include flight numbers that are actually different from the disc's defaults.
